Deadline for registration – May 15, 2022.

Deadline for submission of Abstracts – June 1, 2022.

Notification of acceptance/rejection will be emailed by the 1 of June, 2022.

The deadline and procedure for the submission of materials will be provided later.

Opening ceremony – September 5, 2022, Monday.

Main dates:

September 4, 2022 – arrival and registration of participants;

September 5, 2022 – opening ceremony;

September 5, 2020 – welcome party;

September 7, 2022 – excursion;

September 8, 2022 – the Banquet;

September 9, 2022 – closing of the conference;

September 9, 2022 – departure of the conference participants.
